Taigen completed her Master’s in Counselling Psychology degree through Yorkville University and is a student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She completed her undergraduate studies in psychology at MacEwan University with first class distinction.  

Taigen is passionate about working with adults and teens navigating life’s challenges that want to lead happier, more fulfilling lives. Specializing in Anxiety, Depression, and Youth/Adolescents. She draws on the skills learned during her experience with coordinating community programming and staffing youth leadership programs. She believes that everyone has their own story and has unique skills and strengths that can be drawn on to overcome challenges and improve wellbeing.
