Tina was born and raised in Central Alberta. This is where her heart is. Her desire is to offer her services to the community that was influential to who she is today. Tina creates a warm, non-judgemental environment where clients feel empowered to achieve their goals. She collaborates with each client to identify their values, strengths, and inner resources to overcome obstacles and build a meaningful life.

Tina is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Registered Social Worker with over 10 years experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, addiction, grief and life transitions, stress, anger management, self-esteem, domestic violence, codependency, and illness adjustment.
